The principle is as follows: besides pay or a percentage of the profits, the company offers its manager (or its directors) options. The options have a lifetime of 10 years.
The options are blocked for one year, during which the beneficiary can’t sell them.
At the end of this term, the manager or director can sell their options any working day for nine years with a gain of approximately 20%, at a constant stock market rate, compared with a cash bonus.
