We are looking for the following profile:
Account Manager
BlueTrees is a fintech specialising in the optimisation of variable pay and employee share ownership. It offers employers in small, medium-sized and large companies innovative, 100% digital and financially attractive solutions for motivating and retaining employees.
As a Customer Service & Business Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, administering and monitoring stock option plans for our customers.
You will be in contact with customers and will be required to make presentations to employers and employees.
Your tasks will include:
- Drafting the service offer based on each client's specific situation;
- Creating option plans in our software and ensuring that they run smoothly;
- Drafting and proofreading documentation;
- Preparing presentations for both employer and employee beneficiaries.
- Financial estimates and case-by-case analysis;
- Customer contact, including presentations to employers and employees.
- You will be the first point of contact for the beneficiaries of the plans, and will assist them where necessary.
